🚀 What You’ll Do
Business development and sales support
- Support implementation of the sales strategy across international markets through targeted prospecting, trade fairs, inbound enquiries and market analysis.
- Research and pre-qualify prospects, confirming business need, fit, decision-makers, potential value and the next commercial action.
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations and customer documentation; support meetings, demonstrations and negotiations.
- Build professional relationships with prospects throughout qualification, proposal development and contract execution.
- Check commercial contracts for completeness and agreed terms, then coordinate Legal, Finance and internal approvals before execution.
- After signature, create the sales project in internal systems and coordinate a complete handover to Operations and Implementation for timely onboarding.
Events and Marketing support
- Support planning and delivery of trade fairs, Travelgate events and internal Marketing activations, working to agreed budgets, timelines and checklists.
- Coordinate practical logistics such as suppliers, attendee lists, registrations, agendas, materials, travel, shipments and on-site requirements.
- Support invitations, event execution and post-event follow-up, ensuring leads and agreed actions are captured and assigned in Pipedrive.
CRM governance and sales process
- Maintain accurate contacts, activities, opportunities, values, stages, close dates and next steps in Pipedrive.
- Apply consistent standards for lead conversion, pipeline structure, mandatory fields, ownership and opportunity progression across commercial teams.
- Monitor CRM adoption and funnel reliability, follow up on missing or inconsistent data, and resolve day-to-day user and process issues.
- Work with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders to identify process friction, implement practical improvements and keep teams aligned.
Measures of success
- Commercial execution: Qualified opportunities, timely proposals and follow-ups, and complete customer handovers.
- CRM reliability: Accurate pipelines, consistent Pipedrive use and stable workflow automations.
- Event execution: Materials, logistics, deadlines and lead capture completed accurately and on time.
💡 What You Bring
- Early-career experience in sales support, business development, sales or marketing operations, events or customer-facing coordination.
- Confidence in using CRM systems; Pipedrive and workflow-automation experience are strong advantages.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with disciplined attention to data quality and process detail.
- Clear written communication and the ability to prepare professional proposals, presentations and event materials.
- Organised and proactive, with confidence coordinating prospects, events, stakeholders and deadlines.
- Commercial curiosity and willingness to learn travel technology and B2B distribution.
- Fluent English & Spanish. Additional international market languages are advantages.
